Mrs. Howard's 4th Grade Class

If you would like to chaperone for any of our field trips, please write it on your student's permission slip.   Chaperones must fill out a Chaperone Form before leaving with the class.  Chaperoning is first come, first serve.  Once spots are full, I can take no one else.

**If you are chaperoning out of county, you MUST be PALS Level 2**
